About Us

 The Yacht Crew Register was established in 1995 in Vancouver, Canada by captain Darcy Narraway after many years of sailing and cruising the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Pacific Ocean. YCR is a private company with an established clientele of owners and captains, and sometimes work with other independent yacht agents and management companies.

 We have since expanded through the Pacific, Caribbean and Med, and have placed captains and crew all over the world. In addition to the traditional yachting centers of Florida and Bahamas, Italy and France, our clients cruise exotic locations like Egypt and Turkey, Hong Kong and Hawaii, Alaska and the Northwest Passage!

We always set aside valuable time to meet with captains and crew during Boat Shows in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, especially the Monaco Yacht Show and the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show. We have also attended boat shows in Vancouver, Seattle, San Diego, Miami, West Palm Beach, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We recently enjoyed our 25th Anniversary in 2020

 Yacht Crew Register is a member of the International Superyacht Society, the Professional Yachting Association and the US Superyacht Association. Yacht Crew Register is MLC compliant and meets all requirements of the 2006 Maritime Labour Convention.
